Elizabeth’s work as a spiritual life coach is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and the belief that healing and transformation are always possible. Her path into coaching began through her own journey of loss and renewal after the passing of her young adult son, who experienced post-traumatic stress (PTS). Through this profound experience, Elizabeth discovered the depth of human resilience and the power of rebuilding after grief.

Guided and mentored by Sandra Brossman, author of The Power of Oneness, and inspired by Signs by Laura Lynne Jackson, Elizabeth deepened her understanding of how spiritual awareness and emotional healing intertwine. This foundation shapes her approach to coaching, helping clients move from pain to purpose, uncertainty to clarity, and fear to self-belief.

Before founding Brite Light Coach LLC, Elizabeth created Synergetic Life Success LLC, where she facilitated workshops for teens and young adults on personal growth and life direction. Holding a B.A. in Education from Fairleigh Dickinson University, a New Jersey teaching certificate, a Reiki Master credential, and a Certified Power of Oneness Facilitator she brings both practical tools and intuitive guidance to her work.

Now based in Queenstown, Maryland, Elizabeth offers one-on-one coaching, group webinars, and speaking engagements across the Annapolis area and beyond. Her clients often come to her when they feel stuck, uncertain, or ready for a new chapter, whether that means finding purpose after loss, rekindling confidence, seeking a life partner, or simply reclaiming hope.
