By participating in coaching sessions or webinars, you assume full responsibility for any emotional or personal outcomes that arise.

3. Payment & Refund Policy


Payments
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.


Refund Policy
All coaching sessions, webinars, and digital offerings are non-refundable once purchased.
If you need to reschedule a private session, you must provide at least 24 hours notice. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.


Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge without first contacting us, we reserve the right to revoke access to our Services.
 
4. Intellectual Property
All materials provided through Brite Light Coaching, including session content, recordings, written materials, downloads, and webinar materials, are protected by copyright. You may not:

8. Media Release
From time to time, webinars or group sessions may be recorded. By participating in a group session, you acknowledge that recording may occur.
If you do not wish to appear in recordings, please notify us in advance.

Private one-on-one sessions are not recorded unless agreed upon in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brite Light Coach LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or emotional damages arising from your participation in coaching services.
